Charity First provides a full-featured home loan at a competitive rate, along with a desire to support the work of various charities. Charity First donated their commission, which I was able to direct to Baptist World Aid Australia (www.shareanopportunity.org). These funds have been used for the Prottasha Community Development Project in Bangladesh which empowers the community through savings and income generation activities, functional literacy classes, health education, and training in agriculture.

Regarding the reasons based up on which we decided on the services offered by Charity First: The fact that it is a Christian organization and also the contribution made by Charity First to different Christian groups, was something that weighted heavily.
