John Sandilant - Development Manager

John has spent 30 years as a sales and marketing executive in the transport industry working predominantly for Toll Holdings.

John and wife Lesley have 3 sons and 7 grand children. John wants to make best use of his remaining working life using his skills and passion to grow Gods kingdom through Charity First."
Alicia Lane - Director

Following the completion of her Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1999, Alicia commenced in the recruitment industry before transferring to finance with RPM over 3 years ago.

As well as being an overseas child sponsor, Alicia has a heart for the underprivileged and is using her skills to assist as a Board member of Charity First Home Loans.
Rhoda Mitchell - District Manager
North West Sydney Region

Rhoda has over 20 years experience as an executive secretary/personal assistant in a wide range of industries including banking, insurance, real estate and marketing. She has also established a successful business with her husband that they continue to run today.

They have two school age children, a boy and girl, and also sponsor a child from Brazil.

As a committed Christian, Rhoda is passionate about helping others and is grateful to be able to use her skills to benefit such a worthwhile organisation as Charity First.
Andrew Harper - Director

Andrew Harper, along with his wife Mary Ann, is the senior pastor at Bay City Church in Arncliffe. He has, previously, served for 10 years at Hillsong Church under Pastor Brian Houston, pioneering the Hills District Youth Service. He has also served as an associate Pastor at Liverpool Christian Life Centre, for four and a half years.

He brings with him, a wealth of experience in marketing expertise and business strategy. Andrew and Mary Ann have 2 children. Andrew is devoted to the cause of Christ and is passionate about seeing everyone realise their God given potential.
