We moved into our house 3 ½ years ago, and not long after moving in a flyer was left in our letterbox about Charity First home loans. At the time we thought that would come in handy one day. Recently we refinanced with Charity First. The product they offered was comparable to products offered by any bank. All the team at Charity First are helpful and friendly. Our deciding factor in going with Charity First is that a charity of our choice received a donation.
A mission of our church was the recipient of our donation.

We would recommend Charity First to any person thinking of taking out a home loan, and would have no hesitation in using them again.

The commission is paid to Charity First from RPM Australia who funds our loans; this is paid when the loan is settled.

Q. Are there fees that you receive that are not classified as commission (i.e. how do you make a living)?
As Charity First Home Loans is a not-for-profit business it does not make a profit.  The costs of running Charity First are covered by RPM (Residential Property Mortgages Pty Ltd)

Q. How is Charity First funded?
Charity First is wholly funded by Residential Property Mortgages.

Charity First does not exist to make money, it exists only to help others through providing home loans and helping charities and other worthwhile organisations.
